At TigerLily we always try to have a good time filled with laughter and fun. The Kitchen @ the Hollywood Studio Bar & Grill acts as our “green room.” We @ TigerLily are always running in and out of the kitchen making sure the show is running just the way it should and more often than none some of the coolest funniest and awesome things are happening on stage and off stage simultaneously! You never know who you are going to run into! After 4 plus years TigerLily has become more than a show it’s a place comedians and comedy fans know they can drop by to see some of their favorite people, have a laugh on or off stage and hey just have a good time!

Comedy Minglings
**It was an awesome night of fun in celebration of comedy and TJ’s new album Extended Play E.P. available now on itunes those that attended the show were lucky to recieve a free copy of this hilarious album all courtesy of TJ and his generosity! As well after the show we headed over to the Saint for an afterparty where we danced all nite!
**Eric Dadourian was the MC for the night and what a phenomenal one at that he is most def a comedian on the pulse and one to watch! He even for the sake of comedian allowed Nick Turner to push him off a piano for a hilarious exit. Don’t worry he’s fine! You can’t help but adore Dadourian, he’s “dadouriable” (sad pun we know!)
**Hilarious comedian and TL fave Seth Morris coming by to watch friend Nick Kroll while Kyle Kinane was seen sitting at the bar enjoying the show as an audience member,
**Michael Busch producer of the fantastic monthly sketch show The Midnight Show coming by to check out pal JC Coccoli’s set, Friend of TL and producer of the fun wednesday night show Beer in the Shower: Jennifer Dyal hanging in the kitchen catching up with the Walsh Brothers
Caught in the Act

One of our favorites, we were delighted to have a special drop in performance by Nick Kroll who had us all wanting to invest in his new business idea “Bad News Bears” let’s just say it has nothing to do with the much beloved 70s movie!

One of the
“Ladies of Monday” JC Coccoli had a killer set taking sibling rivalry to a whole new level!

Eric Dadourian, Kroll, Greg Proops and Lee Camp talk “Causalities of War” a great 80s flick starring Sean Penn and Michael J. Fox look it up!

Annie Lederman a comedian from NY tore up the stage in her debut TigerLily performance! Her wry sarcastic wit and fantastic “crowd work”: with the most fascinating audience member ever left us not only with a fun memorable performance but also left us wanting more! Come back soon Annie!

When it comes to the Walsh Brothers we can’t help but love them. You never know what you are going to get with them and this was no different,Chris was a hip hop CD street seller who tried to “interrupt” peddling CDs and looking for TJ Miller! They have a monthly show @ the UCB and you’d be a fool to miss it this Saturday Sept 17th @ Midnight make your reservations now!

NY comedian Nick Turner is hilarious, it’s just a fact we love when he comes to visit TL. He wowed the crowd with a story on his “homeless super”and inability to have a pet! Don’t forget to catch him Friday night on Late Nite with Jimmy Fallon for his Late night TV debut,we have a feeling he is going to kill it on there!

Mike Phirman also known as the Phirm to the wonderful great Hard n Phirm took the TL crowd on an awesome musical journey with his magical “looping machine” as he created a very unique song. We suggest you get his album ” The very last songs I will ever record (part one)” currently available on itunes!

It is always a treat for us when we see NY comedian Lee Camp,if you don’t know him, you should cause he is seriously one of the smartest young comedians out there, sporting unique insights/commentary on politics and the media today that not only make you laugh and think but they make you wanna react. With this apathetic generation anyone who make you wanna stand up aganst the powers that be while you’re laughing at the absurdity of it all is number one in our books and well we are all for it, Keep it up Lee! One of our fave people at 3 arts Entertainment the lovely Olivia Gerke talking with comedian Eli Olsberg after the show. Eli co produces a bi weekly comedy show on Tuesdays with TJ at the Pleasure Chest, you all should check it out

TJ Miller closed the show with a stellar set of comedy and a performance of a couple of his tracks from his album, even one where he serenaded a girl from the audience! We love you TJ you always rock it!
